1CD is the interior design firm of Kathleen
Divney. A native New Yorker, she now resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. Formal
training in both design and Fine Arts coalesce into projects with meaningful
style and an authentic physical presence. The end results are practical,
sensual environments with an emphasis on space planning, scale and proportion –
interiors more collected than designed. Kathleen has extensive experience in
remodeling and custom furnishings. Her degrees are from Washington University
(MFA) and SUNY Purchase (BFA), and her design training is from the University
of California, Berkeley.
CHRYSTINE ZERMENO
Chrystine is a Bay
Area native who earned her degree in Communication Studies from California
State University, Chico. Her market research, skilled writing, editing and keen
perception of project logistics help 1CD deliver great project management while she brings
perspective to day-to-day operations.
DAVID STERN
David has a decade plus of financial experience in small
business. As 1CD’s managing partner, he oversees all operational, management
and personnel activity. He integrates 1CD's creativity with clear accounting systems
and best business practices to keep maximum focus on design and client services.
SIMONE CHRISTOPH
Simone and her team at
SimOne Virtual Solutions provide administrative and bookkeeping services for
1CD. They provide virtual services and highly personalized real time solutions from
her offices in New Mexico.
